The Lakers struggled to stay competitive late in the 4th quarter Thursday with F LeBron James sitting out, and now have to face one of the best ATS home teams without the 19-time All-Star. While the addition of Russell should help the Lakers make a playoff push, it will take a few games for him to build chemistry with Los Angeles and make a meaningful impact to the spread.

The Warriors should bounce back after a close loss at Portland and take advantage of a shorthanded Lakers team that will be trying to integrate new pieces.
