LOOK: Twitter banter among Chiefs players during first round 2020 NFL Draft

The Chiefs’ players are having fun watching the 2020 NFL Draft.

The 2020 NFL Draft has captured the attention of Kansas City Chiefs players as its the only sporting event taking place in the foreseeable future.

Players like Patrick Mahomes, Tyrann Mathieu, Mitchell Schwartz and new Chiefs RB DeAndre Washington are having a ton of fun chatting back and forth on Twitter while the draft takes place.

First up a pair of former Teammates at Texas Tech had some fun at the expense of their former coach. Mahomes and Washington are in awe of the home of Kliff Kingsbury, who is currently the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals. Check it out:

Here’s a look at the Scarface-like home of Kingsbury:

I’d say that Mahomes and Washington had a pretty accurate description.

Next up, Mitchell Schwartz roasted every team that didn’t trade up to select Patrick Mahomes in 2017.

The media did promise us some trades in this draft and so far it has been disappointing.

Finally, the Honey Badger had some thoughts on how the draft has gone so far and the players that might be available for the Chiefs.

You heard the man, you better not let a receiver in this class fall to Kansas City and Patrick Mahomes.
