The Arizona Cardinals opened Phase 3 of their offseason program on Monday with the first day of organized team activities (OTAs). This part of the offseason is still voluntary and several players, including quarterback Kyler Murray and wide receiver Hollywood Brown, were not in attendance.
Monday was the first of 10 practice of OTAs over the next three weeks.
