LOOK: MSU football HC Jonathan Smith takes in Michigan State hockey game

Jonathan Smith took in his first Michigan State hockey game on Saturday:

New Michigan State head coach Jonathan Smith mentioned he was looking forward to being able to see a collegiate ice hockey game in person. He gained his wish on Saturday night.

Smith and his coaching staff took the many prospects visiting MSU’s campus to the hockey game on Saturday night, when MSU completed a sweep of Notre Dame.

Coach Smith was also given the honor of the ceremonial puck drop.

Smith continues to show how well he is embracing the culture at Michigan State.
