Damar Hamlin had previously returned to Buffalo Bills spring practices over the past few weeks. In those, he was a limited participant.
In the third weeks of OTAs, he took another step. Hamlin is now a full participant in workouts.
Tuesday was the first time local media was present with Hamlin wearing a helmet. General manager Brandon Beane said via video conference that had first happened during last Friday’s practice when no one was watching.
