LOOK: Chiefs arrive in Tampa for Super Bowl LV

The Kansas City Chiefs have officially touched down in Tampa, Florida for Super Bowl LV.

It won’t be long now before the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers face off in Super Bowl LV.

The Chiefs have officially touched down in Tampa, Florida ahead of the game, with two planes carrying members of the team arriving at Tampa International Airport around 5:00 p.m. ET. This arrival is a bit unusual compared to past Super Bowls. The unique circumstance surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic had the team staying in Kansas City for an extra week. It makes this game a bit closer to a regular-season away game, without the typical pre-Super Bowl media spectacle.

But the Chiefs are officially in Tampa and they’re that much closer to taking the field.
