D’Andre Swift is going to want to forget his NFL debut.
The Detroit Lions’ second-round pick from Georgia had the potential game-winning TD pass in his hands Sunday in the final seconds against the Chicago Bears.
And this happened. Listen to the Lions’ radio call:

Swift rushed the ball three times for eight yards and caught three passes for 15 in the crushing loss.
Detroit led 23-6 going into the fourth quarter before being lit up by Mitchell Trubisky for three TD passes in about 12 minutes on the clock to fall behind.
The entire Lions staff and team has to wear the collapse but Swift has to be sick over how it would have been forgotten if he held on to the damn ball.
