The Detroit Lions will be ready to bring traces of the snowy weather with them to New York for Sunday’s game against the Giants. The Lions will rock their white-on-white uniforms in Week 11.
The popular combination doesn’t get worn often, and this is the first time in 2022 that Detroit will go with the white jerseys and white pants for a regular season game. Honolulu blue and silver will be accent colors, not the primary hues on the special uniforms.
Announced on the team’s social media accounts on Saturday, the comments are overwhelmingly positive. It’s a clean, snowy look as the Lions attempt to win their third game in a row for the first time since 2017.
