The Los Angeles Rams are scheduled to make three picks on Friday night after sitting out the first round of the draft, but they might find a way to add a pick on Day 2 by trading back. General manager Les Snead shared an update from his at-home war room on Friday night just as the second round was getting underway, saying he and the Rams hope to add three good players.
Then he said, “maybe even try to come up with a fourth pick today.”
There are two ways the Rams could add a fourth pick: By trading back from No. 57 or trading up from No. 141. The former is very possible, while the latter is highly, highly unlikely. So, don’t be surprised if the Rams move back from pick 57 to add another third-rounder.

Barring a trade, the Rams will pick at No. 57, 88 and 103.
