CBS Sports released its latest mock draft and has Kira Lewis as the No. 8 pick in the first round of the 2020 NBA draft, which has been postponed until October.
This is the highest projection EVER for Lewis in any 2020 NBA Mock Draft.
Analysts continue to applaud Lewis’ speed, ability to move the ball and his ability to make big plays. According to this mock draft by CBS Sports, Lewis would be drafted by the New York Knicks in the 2020 NBA draft.

“I can’t imagine the Knicks not selecting a guard in the first round. So if they don’t move up to get one of Hayes or Ball, Kira Lewis Jr. could be in play here. He’s a super-speedy, downhill point guard who is still just 19 years old and has major upside as an offensive weapon. By the time we get to the draft we’ll be talking about him as a consensus lottery talent.”

In his two years with the Crimson Tide, Lewis averaged 34.5 minutes and finished with a field goal percentage of 44.7 percent, 1,031 points, 260 assists and 183 turnovers.
He averaged 18.5 points per game, 5.2 assists per game and made 37-percent of his 3-pointers.
Lewis announced his entry into the NBA draft at the end of March by a heartfelt post on Twitter.
