Larry Fitzgerald joining ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown

ESPN lands another big name, Larry Fitzgerald

ESPN is busy adding former NFL players to its talent roster.

The WorldWide Leader will have Pat McAfee on “College Gameday” and now the New York Post reports Larry Fitzgerald will join “Monday Night Countdown.”

Per the report, Fitzgerald will do 5-7 shows in the 2022 season, similar to what Alex Smith did last year.

Fitzgerald played his entire NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals. He made 1,432 receptions for 17,492 yards. Of those catches, 121 went for touchdowns.

The slot on the panel opened when Randy Moss opted to only be on ESPN’s Sunday NFL programming.

Fitzgerald will make his debut Monday when the Denver Broncos face the Seattle Seahawks.
