Lane Johnson on Brotherly Shove: ‘We’re better at it than most, it is what it is’

#Eagles All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson sat down with Pat McAfee and said Philadelphia is the best at the QB sneak and it is what it is

Philadelphia has reinvented the quarterback sneak, and as experts and analysts from around the league complain about the play’s authenticity, All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson is embracing the hate.

During a Friday appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Johnson was asked about the “Tush Push” and confidently boasted that the Eagles are “better at it than most” and “it is what it is.”

The Eagles were successful on four of six pushes in last week’s 23-14 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

On the season, they’ve converted 13 of 16 into first downs or touchdowns — an 81.3% success rate, according to ESPN Stats & Information.
