Lakers vs. Raptors: Lineups, injury reports and broadcast info for Tuesday

Here’s all you need to know ahead of Tuesday’s Lakers versus Raptors game.

The Los Angeles Lakers host the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday, and if you’re wondering how you can watch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.

The Lakers finally earned a win on Sunday over the Los Angeles Clippers after losing four games in a row and 10 of their previous 13. They are 18-19  and are clinging to 10th place in the Western Conference. Without subsequent wins, Sunday’s victory will mean next to nothing.

D’Angelo Russell returned to the lineup after missing three games with a bruised tailbone, and Christian Wood had another strong performance off the bench. Los Angeles will need both to play well on a consistent basis to truly turn the season around.

Toronto has a 15-21 record and was seemingly going nowhere fast. But it recently traded wing OG Anunoby to the New York Knicks for RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley. Since both players’ debuts, Toronto has won three of four games. Both players have given the team a boost offensively, and it has scored at least 130 points in each of its last two games.

In this game, the Lakers will face old friend Dennis Schroder, who played guard for them last season and during the 2020-21 campaign. Schroder is averaging 14.6 points and 6.8 assists a game for the Raptors, and there are a number of Lakers fans who wish the team would’ve retained him this past offseason.
