Tennessee softball win series versus Florida after a seven-run sixth inning.

No. 4 Tennessee (37-5, 15-2) defeated No. 13 Florida (32-13, 8-9 SEC), 11-10, Sunday at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium.

Tennessee clinched a series win against the Gators. The Lady Vols have won six consecutive Southeastern Conference series.

The Lady Vols trailed, 9-4, in the sixth inning. Tennessee scored seven runs in the sixth inning to lead, 11-9.

Tennessee scored its first run of the sixth inning on an error. Rylie West and Kiki Milloy each hit two-run doubles, while Lair Beautae gave the Lady Vols an 11-9 lead with a two-run single.

Skylar Wallace led off the seventh inning with a solo home run for Florida.

Payton Gotshall earned her first save of the season, retiring three of four Florida batters.

Five Tennessee pitchers appeared in the contest for Tennessee.

Charli Orsini (2-0) earned the win in relief, pitching 3.1 innings. She allowed one hit, two unearned runs and two walks, while recording one strikeout.

Milloy was 3-for-4, recording one home run, three RBIs and two runs.
