It did not take the Lady Vols basketball team long to find a replacement game.
Tennessee, which was originally scheduled to host Jackson State on Sunday, will now have a home game against UNC Greensboro.
The Spartans will replace Jackson State on the Lady Vols’ schedule. Jackson State had to cancel the game due to COVID-19 concerns. That game was scrubbed Friday morning.
The game against the Spartans will tip off at noon EST at Thompson-Boling Arena on Sunday.
UNC Greensboro enters Sunday’s game with a 1-6 record. The Spartans lost to Elon, 58-40, in its last outing Friday.
The Lady Vols (4-1) outlasted No. 15 Indiana, 66-58, in Bloomington on Thursday.
