Lady Vols ranked No. 13 in final fall soccer poll

Tennessee nabs top-20 ranking in final soccer coaches poll.

The University of Tennessee women’s soccer team won the Southeastern Conference East Division championship during the shortened league-only 2020 campaign.

The Lady Vols’ stay at the SEC Tournament was short, losing to Vanderbilt, 4-2, in the quarterfinals.

Tennessee finished the fall season as a top-20 team.

The Lady Vols, who finished the fall campaign with a 4-4-1 record, finished ranked No. 13 nationally in the United Soccer Coaches Association’s national poll.

Tennessee finished No. 7 in the country following the 2018 campaign. That same year, the Lady Vols made it to the NCAA quarterfinals.

The 2021 spring women’s soccer season will feature the NCAA Tournament.
