No. 12 Tennessee won the second game of its Southeastern Conference series at Ole Miss Sunday.
Tennessee (35-14, 12-7 SEC) defeated the Rebels (35-15, 9-11 SEC), 10-1, at OM Softball Complex.
The Lady Vols, who came up on the short end of a 5-4 decision Saturday, won in six innings Sunday.
Ashley Morgan hit two home runs and Rylee West had a three-run home run and an RBI double for Tennessee.
Tennessee pitcher Ashley Rogers had a no-hitter entering the fourth inning.
Rogers (8-5) pitched a complete game and surrendered one run, four hits and three walks. She struck out six.
The Lady Vols scored twice in the first inning. McKenna Gibson and Ivy Davis each had RBI singles.
Tennessee extended its lead to 5-0 on West’s three-run home run. The Lady Vols added another run in the frame on Morgan’s first home run.
Lair Beautae homered in the fifth inning.
West doubled in a run and Morgan’s second home run made it 10-1 in the sixth inning,
Ole Miss scored in the fourth inning.
