The Lady Vols defeated Notre Dame, 3-0, in an exhibition match Tuesday in Louisville, Kentucky.
The game was played at Lynn Family Sports Vision and Training Center with No. 11 Tennessee and No. 16 Notre Dame playing three 30-minute periods with unlimited substitutions.
After a scoreless first period, the Lady Vols led 1-0 in the 33rd minute on a goal from fifth-year senior Abbey Burdette.
Burdette tallied again four minutes later.
Freshman Kameron Simmonds scored in the 72nd minute for Tennessee.
26 players appear in the match for the Lady Vols.
Tennessee will host host Dayton in an exhibition match Saturday at 2 p.m. EDT at Regal Soccer Stadium.
