The Lady Vols will host No. 13 Texas (45-13-1, 11-7 Big 12).
Tennessee led Indiana, 2-0, in the first inning when Zaida Puni hit a two-run home run.
Tennessee extended its advantage, scoring five runs in the fifth inning. Kiki Milloy hit a triple and later scored on a wild pitch.
Giulia Koutsoyanopulos hit a two-run double. Puni hit a solo home run before Lair Beautae recorded an RBI with a sacrifice fly.
Indiana scored three runs in the seventh inning against Tennessee pitcher Karlyn Pickens after she retired the Hoosiers in order during the sixth inning.
Payton Gottshall (15-1) started and pitched five shutout innings for Tennessee.
