Tennessee (1-0, 1-0 SEC) defeated South Carolina (0-1, 0-1 SEC), 31-27, in Week 1 of the 2020 season.

The Vols will host Missouri (0-1, 0-1 SEC) in Week 2 at Neyland Stadium.

Missouri is under a new regime as Eliah Drinkwitz was hired away from Appalachian State as head coach in the offseason, replacing the fired Barry Odom. The Tigers opened its 2020 campaign with a 38-19 home loss to Alabama.

Drinkwitz started his coaching career in Arkansas at the high school level. He served as an assistant at Alma High School (2005) before becoming Springdale’s offensive coordinator (2006-09).

LaDarius Eckwood played wide receiver for Drinkwitz at Springdale. Ahead of Tennessee’s contest with Missouri, Eckwood joined the show “Tennessee Two-A-Days” to discuss Drinkwitz’s offense.
