Following a pair of losses in the final stretch of the season with a place in the Western Conference’s postseason play-in tournament on the line, the Golden State Warriors are making a change to the starting lineup.
Veteran sharpshooter Klay Thompson was moved to the bench in February, but the four-time NBA champ returns to the starting lineup on Tuesday night in South Beach for a contest against the Miami Heat. With Thompson in the starting lineup, rookie Brandin Podziemski will return to the bench.
Steph Curry, Andrew Wiggins, Jonathan Kuminga and Draymond Green will fill out the rest of the Warriors’ starters on Tuesday night.
