Klay Thompson believes Warriors’ road issues will soon be over

Klay Thompson has confidence that the Golden State Warriors will solve their road struggles on an upcoming road trip.

The Golden State Warriors have been downright bad on the road this season, currently sitting at 7-26. That is only ahead of the Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs, and Houston Rockets, all of which are trying their best to lose games. None of which are the defending NBA champions.

Klay Thompson, who erupted for 38 points against the Suns Monday night, believes the turnaround is closer than we think as the Warriors are set to embark on a five-game road trip, starting in Los Angeles against the Clippers on Wednesday, before traveling to Atlanta, Memphis, and Houston before wrapping up in Dallas on March 22:

Klay, along with the rest of the Warriors dynasty core, has pretty much been through it all so his confidence is understandable. But the results on the court have to match the words on the podium.

The road struggles are well documented, but a team with the championship pedigree of the Warriors can take this as a challenge as the playoffs draw closer.
