The 2024 Kentucky Wildcats recruiting class is nearly set, and it’s a good one, ranked second overall behind the Duke Blue Devils. However, it could get even better soon.
Karter Knox is the number 19 overall recruit in the 2024 class, and hasn’t decided where he will play next year yet. His decision is down to four locations, with Kentucky being one of them. He visited the Cats in January and was predicted to pick them recently.
If the name seems familiar to UK fans, it’s because his brother, Kevin Knox, starred for Kentucky in the 2017-18 season. He played for coach John Calipari for just one season before heading to the NBA.
The younger Knox is expected to announce his decision within the next two weeks, per 247sports. He’s down to four teams, including the Wildcats. Louisville, South Florida, and a return to Overtime Elite are his other options.
Knox has varying ties to all four programs, so it’s tough to say which way he’s currently leaning. Kentucky fans anxiously await word, and it looks like they won’t have to wait much longer.
