The Boston Celtics defeated the Dallas Mavericks in Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night in Dallas. It has been all Boston thus far, and now they are one win away from becoming NBA champions.
Former UCLA Bruins player Jrue Holiday has been a huge part of the Celtics’ success on the biggest stage. After a 26-point scoring outburst in Game 2, Holiday had just nine points with five assists and four rebounds in Game 3.
It didn’t matter much thanks to Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum combining for 61 points in the win.
