Jrue Holiday sparks Team USA win over Germany

Another good game by Jrue.

Jrue Holiday was once again good for Team USA in their 92-86 win over Germany on Monday. It was the final tune-up before the Americans head off to Paris and play in the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Holiday went 4 for 6 from the field, including 2 of 3 from downtown. He finished the game with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

While former Bruins guard Holiday was good, LeBron James stole the show once again taking over down the stretch to aid the victory. James was 6 for 9 from the field, scoring a game-high 20 points in the win.

Joel Embiid had 15 in the game, while Steph Curry had 13. The Americans went just 6 for 17 from downtown in the game.

Team USA will start their Olympic games on July 28th against Serbia. Their second game is against South Sudan on July 31st. Their last group phase game will be against Puerto Rico on August 3rd. Each of the games will be televised on NBC.
