There has been plenty of talk about the impact Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday has had on his team this postseason. Wednesday, Holiday had his worst game of the series, but his presence was still mightily felt.
The former UCLA Bruins point guard scored just 9 points, recorded 4 rebounds, and dished out 5 assists, but the Celtics won on the road. Boston used a 35-19 third quarter and held on to win the game 106-99.
The Celtics are now up 3-0 in the series, and have a chance to take home the title on Friday. Game 4 will be held at American Airlines Arena; home of the Mavericks. If a Game 5 is needed, the two teams will meet up in Boston on Monday.

Holiday came into Game 3 averaging 19 points per game, and 9.5 rebounds. He played 41 minutes in the Game 3 win. His defense in the first two games was evident, as he held Kyrie Irving to 14 points per game. Irving had his best game of the series, with 35 points, but it was not without his share of great defensive effort.
"Jrue Holiday should have been Defensive Player Of The Year 2 or 3 times."
