Projected first-round pick, and former Arizona guard, Josh Green reportedly worked out recently with the Utah Jazz ahead of the NBA draft on Nov. 18, according to Tony Jones of The Athletic.
The 6-foot-6 guard averaged 12 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.5 steals in 30 games played last season. Green projects to be a solid two-way player given his 6-foot-10 wingspan and ability to shoot after converting on 36.1% of his 3-point attempts.
Green is most commonly projected to be selected in the 22-28 range and figures to be available when the Jazz are on the clock with the 23rd overall pick. Utah has known to be a stout defensive team over the years and Green could be a good fit given his elite ability as a defender.

The Jazz have had a relatively quiet pre-draft process, at least publicly, and haven’t been linked to many prospects. Teams are only permitted 10 in-person workouts so meeting with Green could be an indication of which prospects the front office is interested in.
