Ahead of facing the Bengals, Bills quarterback Josh Allen was still getting treatment on his shoulder despite the recent extended break from football for his team.
The Bills (5-3) last played in Week 8’s Thursday matchup and defeated the Buccaneers 24-18. Allen had been playing the past few weeks with a sore shoulder.
Over the ensuing weekend, it’s unlikely the Bills had much working out in their schedules.
Even so, Allen was still having his shoulder looked at during Thursday’s practice. On Wednesday, the QB also did not practice to give the injury an extra day’s rest.
Considering Allen is still dealing with the issue after having a weekend off, it’s likely he’s going to playing through the injury until the Bills’ bye in Week 13.
