Josh Allen grateful for Bills Mafia donations: ‘Buffalo, I love you’

The bond between western New York and Bills quarterback Josh Allen is stronger than ever before.
On Sunday, the Bills topped the Seahawks in big part to Allen’s efforts. He led the team to a 44-34 victory en route to 415 passing yards with four touchdowns.
But the effort by the QB became even more appreciated after the game. Allen did all that after he received some sad news one day prior on Saturday.
His grandmother, Patricia, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 80. Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott said he gave Allen the option to not play in the game, but Allen said he wanted to.
Now in wake of hearing all that, Bills Mafia did what they do best and showed their appreciation through donations.
Oishei Children’s Hospital became the source of $17 dollar donations from many in the region since Allen’s personal news was revealed.
As of Monday at 2 p.m., more than $35,000 had been raised by fans in her honor. It certainly did not go unnoticed by the QB.
