Tyler Herro has been remarkably effective for the Miami Heat. The young guard is averaging 13.3 points per game, knocking down nearly 40 percent from the 3-point range. Although he’s been in the upper echelon of basketball prospects since high school, Herro has fit into coach Erik Spoelstra’s “team” mentality and is one of the reasons the Heat is currently hanging around the top of the Eastern Conference.
