Jordan Addison goes to Minnesota Vikings in mock NFL draft

Addison and Justin Jefferson in the same wide receiver room? That would work. #Vikings

Jordan Addison is almost certain to be picked on the first night of the 2023 NFL draft. The USC receiver should be a first-round selection. Which team will get him?

The Minnesota Vikings need to replace Adam Thielen, who is now a member of the Carolina Panthers. A new mock draft from Ryan Wilson of CBS Sports has Addison going to the Minnesota Vikings at pick No. 23.

“Addison isn’t a big target, but he’s one of the most dynamic players in the country who can line up anywhere. He ‘only’ managed a 4.49 40 at the combine, but the tape is the tape — and it consistently showed that he was regularly the best player on the field who can win at all three levels, playing either outside or in the slot,” Wilson wrote.

Addison being on the opposite side of the field, with Justin Jefferson drawing lots of attention from opposing defenses, seems like a great situation if it comes to pass in Minnesota.
