Joe Harris, Jarrett Allen’s status upgraded for matchup against Kings

The Brooklyn Nets will have their big man and sharpshooter against the Sacramento Kings on Friday.

The Brooklyn Nets will be close to full strength against the Sacramento Kings on Friday.

Both Joe Harris and Jarrett Allen were deemed questionable on Thursday ahead of Friday’s matchup. In the Nets’ final status update before their 5 p.m. tip-off, Brooklyn ruled them both available for Jacque Vaughn.

Allen had been dealing with a left ankle sprain and Harris had a left groin contusion.

However, the Nets will still be without Jamal Crawford on Thursday. The veteran guard is dealing with a left hamstring strain — an injury he suffered on Tuesday during his Brooklyn debut against the Milwaukee Bucks, which only lasted five minutes.

The Kings have the entire roster at their disposal, with the exception of Marvin Bagley (III), who was ruled out ahead of the NBA’s restart.
