Joe Burrow held true to his word upon arrival at the first day of Cincinnati Bengals OTAs.

Burrow showed up, warmed up and started going through the paces of a workout with his targets. Were it not for the big brace on his leg and the lack of taking snaps from under center, one wouldn’t have known something was off.

Let Burrow tell it, his knee is at 85 percent as he shoots for training camp and maybe even some snaps in the preseason.

That’s a stark contrast to the conversation even a few weeks ago, when it was made public that Burrow is right on track for Week 1 but wouldn’t likely see the preseason field.

We’ll see how Burrow’s body reacts to going through the paces at OTAs though. Knowing the pace of his recovery so far, maybe it wouldn’t be the biggest shock to see him get on the field a bit in the preseason.
