The Reserve/COVID-19 list was created for a player who either tests positive for COVID-19 or who has been in close contact with an infected person or persons.
For Arcega-Whiteside, it means if he’s not showing symptoms, he can return 10 days after the positive test or within 5 days if he tests negative twice.
Hightower and Burnett will have to pass testing protocols in order to return to practice.
