The Jets will be without one of their starters at cornerback against the Cardinals, as Bless Austin has been ruled out with a calf injury.

The Jets will be without one of their starters at cornerback against the Cardinals, as Bless Austin has been ruled out with a calf injury.

Austin suffered the injury against the Broncos in Week 4 and was relieved by Lamar Jackson, who is likely to take his place against Arizona. Mekhi Becton and Breshad Perriman are also both inactive as expected after being listed as doubtful leading up to Sunday. Marqui Christian, Sam Darnold, Ty Johnson and James Morgan round out the inactive. Joe Flacco will start in Darnold’s place under center.

On the bright side, Jordan Jenkins will suit up for New York after being listed as questionable with shoulder and calf injuries, while Ashtyn Davis returns from a two-game absence caused by a groin injury. John Franklin-Myers (foot) and Chris Hogan (ribs/knee) are also good to go after being listed as questionable.

As for the Cardinals, their only notable inactives are starting linebacker Devon Kennard and safety Chris Banjo. Kliff Kingsbury ruled Kennard out with a calf injury on Friday and Kennard did not travel with the team. Banjo, meanwhile, will sit Week 5 out with a hamstring injury.
