Phillips’ downward trajectory continued against the Dolphins, as he did not appear in the box score in Week 14.

With Foley Fatukasi and now Nathan Shepherd coming on strong on the defensive line, Phillips’ chances to make a play come few and far between. He has the talent to make an impact, but the opportunity for him to do so is simply not there right now.
