Phillips didn’t do much against the Giants, recording only two tackles.

Henry Anderson has cut into his playing time a bit, but Phillips still sees the field more often than not. Like Quinnen Williams, expect a bounceback performance from the undrafted free agent against a Redskins offensive line that has not exactly played well in 2019.
