Tennessee graduate student outside hitter Jenaisya Moore recorded her 1,000th career kill on Sunday.
Moore’s accomplishment came in the Lady Vols’, 25-20, 25-20, 25-16, sweep versus Ole Miss at Gillom Athletics Performance Center in Oxford, Mississippi.
The win is Tennessee’s (13-1, 4-0 SEC) eighth consecutive and tenth sweep during the 2023 season.
Tennessee will conclude a four-game road stretch on Wednesday. The Lady Vols will play Alabama at Foster Auditorium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. First serve is slated for 8 p.m. EDT and will be televised by SEC Network.
Tennessee’s next home game will take place on Sunday versus LSU. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. EDT in Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center. ESPN2 will televise the Southeastern Conference matchup.
