Jeff Goodman: Florida State sophomore Devin Vassell has declared for the NBA Draft. Averaged 12.7 points, has good size and can really shoot it (42 percent from 3 the last two seasons). Many NBA execs I have spoken to feel he is in the 10-20 range.
