Washington: Moe Wagner, Rui Hachimura and Russell Westbrook are available. (Westbrook was originally listed as out as of Wednesday night). Raul Neto (left rib contusion) is questionable. Thomas Bryant (ACL) and Ish Smith (right quadriceps strain) are out.
