Jaylen Brown says he couldn’t stand Marcus Smart when he joined the Boston Celtics

Brown and teammate Jayson Tatum, who were initially quiet players, have embraced more vocal leadership roles with the Celtics. They have learned to appreciate Smart’s leadership style, which includes being in-your-face and confrontational.
