The 2024 All-NBA teams were revealed earlier this week, and shockingly, Jaylen Brown was not included in any of them.

Don’t get me wrong — it’s fine that he wasn’t on an All-NBA team, but there’s still a legitimate argument that he probably should’ve been on one of them.
Brown played for the best team in the NBA. It felt like a sure thing that Boston would get at least two All-NBA selections this season. Naturally, Brown and Jayson Tatum would be the likeliest two. He was also an All-Star this season and a legitimate two-way threat on both ends of the court.
Add all those things together and you’d think you’d have an All-NBA season on your hands. NOPE. Not according to voters.
As shocking as it is, Brown is unbothered by it. Brown was asked why he didn’t care about being snubbed after Game 2 against the Pacers. This was his response:

“I mean, we’re two games from the Finals,” Brown said. “Honestly, I don’t got the time to give a [expletive].”
SHEESH. That was unexpected. But…also, it’s fair. The Celtics came into the season with the goal of winning a championship as the team’s top priority.
Plus, Brown already got paid for making an All-NBA team last year. Nearly $300 million probably makes you feel a lot better about things.
Clearly, Brown is locked in.
