Jameis Winston starts 2nd half vs. 49ers

Drew Brees took a tough hit in the first half of the 49ers game .
To start the 2nd half the Saints decided to put Jameis Winston in at QB over Brees .
Winston got his first game action last week against the Bucs, which the Saints ultimately won 38-3 in a blowout fashion
