Izaiah Brockington will “run it back” at Penn State for senior season

Penn State junior Izaiah Brockington was among the many players to enter the transfer portal, but he has decided to stay where he is.

During the offseason, there are a lot of questions that come up for those players who want to come back for their senior season, head to the 2021 NBA Draft, or go in the transfer portal.

On Friday, junior guard Izaiah Brockington announced on Twitter that he will return to Penn State for his senior season.

Back on March 16, Izaiah Brockington entered the transfer portal.

During the 2020-21 season, Brockington played in 25 games, scored 315 points, 24 steals, 43 assists, 123 rebounds. Brockington’s highest point total was 24 in the win over Virginia Tech back on December 8.

Brockington had some thunder dunks during the 2020-21 season.

Now, Penn State fans will get a chance to see more of those rim-shattering dunks for the Nittany Lions under new head coach Micah Shrewsberry.
