It seems Ndamukong Suh and rookie Khalil Davis are already getting along

Take a look at Bucs DT Ndamukong Suh’s recent Instagram story featuring rookie Khalil Davis.

The Buccaneers rush defense was tops in the league last season, and you can thank big man Ndamukong Suh for helping make that happen.

The All-Pro defensive tackle came to Tampa Bay last year on a one-year deal with the unenviable job of trying to fill the void left by former defensive tackle Gerald McCoy. Suh, who was selected one pick ahead of McCoy in the 2010 NFL draft, even took over McCoy’s No. 93 jersey.

But Suh earned his keep last season, and the Bucs rewarded him with another one-year deal this offseason. But Tampa Bay also wanted to be sure to get some insurance at DT, and used a sixth-round pick in April’s draft on Nebraska defensive tackle Khalil Davis.

Davis, along with other rookies, is undergoing his first NFL training camp, and so far, it seems he and the veteran Suh are getting along just fine.

Check out a few screenshots from Suh’s recent Instagram story featuring Davis and a cameraman.

Let’s hope Suh can also impart some of his All-Pro knowledge on the young rook.
