The Buffalo Bills have announced the signing of Leonard Floyd. They’ve since made room for him on the roster.
The reported Monday signing of Floyd was made official a day later. The team made room for Floyd by releasing running back Isaiah Bowser.
Bowser signed in Buffalo following the 2023 NFL draft. The rusher went undrafted but attended rookie minicamp and earned a contract, only briefly as it turns out.
Bowser attended UCF and averaged 3.9 yards-per-carry, scoring 16 touchdowns in 14 games played.
If the Bills are in need of a running back later on this summer, especially a larger, bruising one, Bowser is a name to keep in mind.
