Is Kristaps Porzingis the Boston Celtics’ weakest link?

If there is a finger to point in the loss to Minnesota, should it be pointed at Porzingis? Or is this a wild overreaction to a single loss after establishing the best early record in the league?

Is star big man Kristaps Porzingis the Boston Celtics‘ weakest link? The Celtics’ overtime road loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on this past Monday night highlighted the ball club’s issues with turnovers, a potential excess of the use of isolation basketball, and poor decision-making by key players on the floor in crunch time.

Porzingis, at least in the eyes of some, struggled defensively against star Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards and failed to make a significant impact on the game beyond some relatively unhelpful countings stats. Or at least that was the tack taken by the hosts of the WEEI Boston Sports Radio “Gresh and Fauria” show.
