Baye Fall, the nation’s No. 1 ranked 2023 center, included Colorado in his top seven schools, per On3 Sports. The 6-foot-10, 205-pound recruit is set to begin his senior season at Accelerated Prep in Denver.
It’s not often that a talent such as Fall lives in your own backyard and Tad Boyle’s program sits on solid ground to land the five-star phenom.
During his sophomore season in 2020, he led Lutheran High School (Parker) to a 3A state championship before transferring to Denver Prep Academy prior to his junior season. However, Fall was dismissed from Denver Prep in February for violating team rules.
His college career still looks promising, though, and he’ll soon pick between the Buffs, Arkansas, Kansas State, Texas, Seton Hall, Auburn and Rutgers.
If Colorado can get Fall, he would be the highest-rated recruit to sign with the Buffs since at least 2000.
