Rumors continue to come out all over the place with the legal tampering period less than 24 hours away. Multiple outlets have reported that the Cleveland Browns are interested in bringing former Bronco defensive lineman Dre’Mont Jones back to the Buckeye state.
Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot is now reporting that Jones has been excited to learn the team has an interest in him.
“’I’ve been a Browns fan all of my life, since zero up until I got to college,’ he said. His family and friends would be over the moon if he landed back in The Land.”
Could this mean that Jones would take a little less guaranteed money to go play for his childhood team? Pairing Jones, who can play inside and outside, with Myles Garrett would be a drastic improvement over the 2022 defensive line.
