While the Golden State Warriors will be missing Stephen Curry on Saturday night due to an ankle injury, the San Antonio Spurs will be without their centerpiece as well in San Francisco.
2023 No. 1 pick Victor Wembanyama has been ruled out for Saturday’s contest due to a right ankle sprain.

Spurs will officially rule out Victor Wembanyama tomorrow vs Warriors. He is remaining in San Antonio to nurse a right ankle sprain.
He is expected to be a full go for Monday's rematch with Golden State in SA.

Wembanyama missed the Spurs’ loss to the Sacramento Kings on Thursday evening.
In his rookie season, the French big man is averaging 20.7 points on 46.9% shooting from the field with 10.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 3.4 blocks in 28.8 minutes per contest.
With Wembanyama out, the Spurs will deploy a frontcourt featuring Zach Collins and rookie Julian Champagnie against the Warriors.
